Front desk here had excellent customer service! My family likes staying at Hampton Inns because they have nice amenities like hot chocolate bar, microwaves in the rooms, weights in the gym, good breakfast buffet, comfy beds, etc.

The staff was amazing, everyone smiled and was kind. When I had an issue with my key they replaced it and the security guard looked out for my safety. He was definitely doing his job and I appreciate that kindness and taking the job seriously. The room was clean bed was comfortable and atmosphere as expected. The breakfast was good average as expected. Yes, I would return.

When we checked in, the A/C was turned off and the room smelled like it had mold. We didn’t have electricity on our last day of stay at 4am for about an hour. Then, the A/C stopped working so we were without ventilation for about 4 hrs in the room. The carpet needs deep cleaning. I ended up with sinus.
