"Room was not ready at 3pm check in time , still not ready at 5pm , finally got in at 5:20 after 16 hours of travel. Bring towels and toilet paper , left us with 3 towels and 3 rolls for 3 people. 4th day someone brought us towels and toilet paper because I complained about it. Signage says they refresh every 4 days but we had to contact them to give us fresh towels."

"The night time front staff were excellent. The bar/restaurant was delicious and girls did a wonderful job, threated us like royalty. Paula. The girl that’s in the lobby to help with reservations, etc. was incredible. Took such good care of us I wanted her to home with us. Wonderful hotel, wonderful people, wonderful experience. "Perfect location with an excellent view"

"It is an inexpensive room in a hostel. It was very clean, but run down. The staff are very nice and friendly. Our friends complained their room smelled of cigarettes, but we didn’t have that problem at all. "

"The check-in location was different from where we’re staying. We arrived at 4pm. There’s supposed to be a person at the reception until 9pm. There was no one there so we used the intercom to communicate with a central call office. To begin with, they couldn’t find our reservation so we had to email them a copy of the confirmation. When we called them back, they were able to find the reservation immediately which makes it appear that the first agent we spoke to didn’t know what they were...

"This property is fantastic. Really cozy and spacious. The location can't be beat. Comfortable bed, washer, Netflix. Also, great light with multiple balconies. And soundproof windows that keep out the street noise. Would definitely stay again!"
