"I requested ground floor rooms because my mother has mobility issues. I requested too in the virtual chat but when my family arrived, the staff were unaware. In the end, they placed them in a smaller room (4 persons instead of 7 persons) in the ground floor and the second room in the third floor which is not the purpose of this short getaway. This was a get together family celebration and the staff should have been more careful in reading the requests of the guests especially for the disability...

"The Story Resort is a nice place to stay for how it looks on the property, and the fact that the pool goes through the entire hotel right from your balcony is extremely nice. However, I can say that the price of it and how far out of the way it is to get to it can dampen the enjoyment unless you have your own mode of transportation around the island.
