"Overall 5 stars but I do want to give a few pointers… if you get there after dark know that the parking will be before you reach the actual hotel building. It’s dark so it will be a little challenging for you to recognize. Once you find the parking it will be super easy. Make sure you get the gate code, room number, and all the check in instructions after you book the reservation because this hotel is self contained which means there will not be a person checking you in. "Easy hotel to locate and park. A very warm welcome from the host with all procedures well explained. This hotel has an elevator to take bags up to rooms. Rooms are compact but comfortable and clean. Bathroom is a good size and works well. We slept very well and ate a lovely continental breakfast each morning with espresso coffees. We certainly enjoyed our stay and are considering a return stay. "The hotel was decent but the reception wasn’t open 24 hours so if you’re arriving late (around 11pm or so), you’ll always have to knock and wake up whoever is in there. There was one night that I almost didn’t get into the hotel because no one was at the reception and the main door was locked. Luckily, a woman who was also staying there arrived and called his boyfriend and unlocked the door for us from the inside. There was also a small spark or kind of a little explosion in one of the sockets...

"The owner of the Hostal, José, was absolutely lovely. He was so welcoming, has a great sense of humour and helped us with our bags to our room. Room was clean, had hot water, very close to a nice café and right off the Camino for the fellow the fellow pilgrims out there! Highly recommend! "

"The staff here was super friendly and prompt. I had a long day walking the Camino and loved that laundry was right across the street. And adjoining the hotel is a lovely cafe where I had breakfast in the morning. Quick service and delicious (especially the croissant).
