"The room was magnificent. It's a beautiful 40 acre property in Scottsdale. Everything was exceptional except a major issue with the cable tv service. Instead of paying $16 to watch a ppv movie, we tried to access the apps and watch our own. However, this property does not manage their own tv services. It's done by Cox. We were told by an employee that this has become a nightmare because all they can do is reboot the tv. We were told we had to contact Cox and that entire process was futile as nothing was fixed and the property did nothing to try and make this right."
