"unfortunately the front desk are so dry and not friendly which makes the experience way different because the property and room is just beautiful and clean. I wish they would have given me a room with more privacy than in the middle of traffic and not having a view that we were looking for , if the front desk was more friendly and could understand the view that I was looking for and this is not during a busy time we were checking in on a Sunday . "
