We loved our stay. Super walkable area. Lots of dining options around the area. We had our dog and they are so super dog friendly, they gave him dog cookies, a roll of potty bags and a toy. Really nice place and great staff.

The hotel sits adjacent to a lovely lake and overlooks Downtown at the Gardens. Both Downtown at the Gardens and the Gardens Mall are within easy walking distance. The staff are friendly and talkative, the grounds, the rooms and even the stairwells are clean and well kept up. Breakfast in the restaurant was delicious;. The only complaint I had was that at 9AM on 09/29, an irate guest started an argument with the front desk staff, it got very heated, and both sides had raised voices. Other guests walking out of the elevators looked shocked and frightened. The front desk staff should have deescalated the situation, but instead they were argumentative and that made the guest even angrier and prolonged the confrontation. Right or wrong, staff mishandled the entire situation, it went on for far too long, and fostered a bad experience for all the other guests as well.

This was an excellent property! The only issue I encountered was the Expedia listing said electric vehicle charging was available at this site, when, in fact, that is not the case. I asked three staff members and checked myself. I had based a large part of my decision to make a reservation on having an EV charger available. Not a huge deal, but inconvenient.

My first impression arriving is what a beautiful hotel. This weekend trip was a celebration and gift for my best friend on her 60th birthday. She was blown away when she saw the hotel didn't believe we were staying here!! Next surprise was the room I had reserved a Queen Suite - it was the largest room I have ever stayed in. It had two separate rooms and in a short time we discovered it has two bathrooms we were overwhelmed we each had our own bathroom. The wet bar was really great too. The staff was amazing even send up a little gift to our room with balloons for my friend. Shopping was with in walking distance with lots of restaurants and other types of stores and services too. We had a wonderful weekend in Palm Beach Gardens what a beautiful area and hotel we will definitely back again. We are a member of the Hilton rewards program always staying at their hotels whenever we can

The lobby was quiet and clean and comfortable with plenty of places to sit. The room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet and in the perfect location right next to the mall, you can walk right to it. Possibly my only complaint was that the toilet paper holder is behind you so my mom had to remove the roll to use it. Otherwise perfect room and stay!
