"This hotel is a dump like no other. Having booked a superior room I was given a basic room in the basement with no window. Upon complaining, I was sent to a second room which was also basic and windowless. Finally, I got a "superior" room as in the published pictures but it was half-buried (see picture). "The property from the outside isn't as nice as it looks on the photos. The hotel is surrounded by empty buildings, who seem to be "waiting" to be destroyed for a new development. They present the nicer rooms on the pictures, but as we checked in, they tried to send us to a building across the road that looked abandoned. "Foi péssima. Aluguei um quarto e recebi outro totalmente diferente. Demoraram a fazer o check in porque o quarto que eu tinha alugado estava com outra pessoa. Colocaram a gente num quarto minimo que ou a gente se deitava, ou abria a mala. No dia seguinte foi feita a mudança para o quarto reservado. A macaneta do quarto estava quebrada, o banheiro com mal cheiro por conta de um cano com problema, a parede descascada. Parecia uma casa do terror. Nunca fiquei numa hospedagem tão ruim.
