Place is very nice! They definitely need some improvements in the gym area. Very nice staff. Everyone was really accommodating, specially Edwin, Souza, Stefany and Vanessa. Food was really good but they definitely need to make some adjustments. Lines were huge for breakfast and lunch stations. They were not that good with snacks and the Entertainment is not the best for adults. It is a really good place for kids and families. Not so much for couples. My room was amazing! Everything was nice, clean and well maintained.

Resort podia ser melhor - decepção

O hotel tem uma boa infraestrutura mas tem vários pontos negativos : - colchões duros demais - toalhas de banho são de péssima qualidade (mesma da piscina), se precisar de melhor qualidade tem que exigir. - porções/petiscos para piscina e praia tem cardápio muito limitado, as fotos do aplicativos não condizem com a realidades - carnes servidas nos restaurantes , duras demais, qualidade muito ruim. - Funcinarios do bar da praia começam a exigir que vc sai da praia antes do final do dia para recolherem as cadeiras , super inconvenientes, reclamei com a supervisora mas nada foi feito. - a meia pensão permite que vc troque o jantar pelo almoço mas não é válido para o restaurante jangada frente mar, mesmo que esteja vazio. - se precisar trocar uma toalha de piscina no mesmo dia tem pagar 5,00 (nunca vi isso RSS) - o restaurante de rodízio de pizzas, se você tiver sorte consegue experimentar a variedade de 8 pizzas . - os elevadores centrais são desligados quando a ocupação do hotel abaixa. - baixa qualidade dos alimentos do restaurante buffet. O que vi de bom no hotel: - programação de carnaval - equipe de recreação na piscina. - check in check out eficientes - restaurante a la carte Grill
