"this was the best B&B I have been at. Being the only guest really made my 50th birthday trip extra special. The proprietors were so helpful and gave me many suggestions on what to see along with letting me use a book they had "the Big Island Revealed' very right on. The food was amazing. I had an early tour one morning and when I got back breakfast was waiting. The day I left she (cindy?) got up early made fresh coffee and fresh baked cinnamon rolls for me to take to the airport. "Zero communication. They ask you to call them if you are going to be late checking in. I did but one number no one answered and the other went directly to voicemail. Gave up after eight hours after receiving no call back or acknowledgment of any kind. Forfeited full price and ended up cancelling since I could not confirm someone would be there after 9 p.m. to let us in."
