"Beautiful hotel, amazing staff"

"I have been here multiple times in the past, the staffs and services are as good as before However, my room's air conditioning isn't working well and it's very hot. The manager and staffs are very nice and they tried their best to change to another room for us, but the air con is still not super cool so end up they gave us 3 extra fans I would like to come again if they upgrade the air con, that could be a show stopper for next visit Other than that this is the best hotel "
