"The pool was great to have in our own space. The room was clean but odd shower setup with no curtain and water goes everywhere. The area outside of hotel was kind of run down and food was terrible. On the first night ordered food and they forgot part of order even though repeated it back to us plus took another 30-40 minutes after they knew order was missing. Plus said breakfast was 6am but did not start until 7am which was an issue when needed to leave earlier. The location was good but...

"Exceeded all expectations. The villa is top class, as others have said, the photos do not do it justice. Having stayed in several larger villas in Thailand and other parts of Southeast Asia over the years, this one is definitely the best. The staff are exceptional as well. They go above and beyond, and make this stay even better. The chef is brilliant, the manager is fantastic, and the support team all show great care. Our group of 10 were all pleased!
