Orlando hotel rooms a the Independent

"Amazing place for families with kids ! There are so many fun things to do on the premises it feels like you do t even need to leave . Aside from the condo was beautiful roomy with comfortable beds they also have Beautiful pool area , 19 acre lake with boat / kayak rentals and wild life watching. Large arcade , and mini golfing but best of all is the water park with slides lazy river and even a wave rider. What more can you ask for ."

"I had to wait 20 minutes for the front counter lady to come in from smoking. The security guard was sitting in the lobby playing on his phone and he just kept saying she will be back soon.. Then she told me I had booked a double bed room and I said no I booked a family suite.. So I had to show her my email and she said well I don't know why they put you in another room, let me make sure I have a clean one.. After standing in the lobby for a total of 40 minutes (including her smoke break time), I...

"For a room at this rate it was excellent. Clean, quite, great TV, good shower, working fridge and microwave in the room. Their continental breakfast was well stocked and had friendly staff. Any room that is clean and offers free waffles in the morning is good with me! VERY close to Universal studios. not quite walkable, but a very short drive. Right next to mini golf, restaurants and walgreens. Very nice pool and child play ground as well. I will be staying here again. "
