The shuttle worked out great despite having to walk to the next hotel to do so. They also provided a crib that was in good condition so that saved us a headache. Breakfast was until 10am so that helped us night owls a lot. The room was clean and spacious enoigh. Perfect vacation spot for the price and location. Wpuld recommend!

I stopped by the desk when I checked out this morning and gave nothing but accolades for my experience. Considering how busy they are, being so close to Universal, you'd think there would be disruptions, but no. The room was amazing. Breakfasts were so good. It was quiet, felt very safe. Staff were nice and helpful. There were areas to walk my service dogs and stretch my legs. Plenty of parking and it looked like they had a shuttle bus stop, but I didn't use that. I absolutely recommend and I'll be back.

Overall a good choice. Rooms are basic. I was surprised there were no drawrers to put your stuff in but bathroom was properly stocked and kitchen area adequate though it should have another sink. Beds are comfortable, hot tub stayed open even in bad weather . Breakfast was great with plenty for all. Shuttle service was good except you had to reserve and pick up at the neighboring hotel.

There was some trash left in the bathroom on the counter. It was a long beige stick that probably blended in and they didn’t see it. Also there was a cord left behind from something by the microwave and coffee maker.

Its hard to write a review when you are in the middle of renovations. The floor we were in had a lot of maintenance going on and had a lot of noise during the day time. Overall I think the hotel is very nice and conveniently located near Universal Studios. For the price you cant beat the stay.
