"I really love how chill and quiet the property was. The staff and amenities were great. My only comment is their lack of lockers for proper storage. They do have a room to store luggage, but I know some with a stronger preference for being able to confidently store and leave their belongings behind a lock. I'll definitely still come back to this place though because I had a decent time with them :)"

"Sheraton Centre Toronto is beautiful, modern, and fully equipped. Super central, perfect for exploring the city, and despite being in a touristy area, the prices are very reasonable. Breakfast was delicious and the service was excellent. The atmosphere also encourages both work and socializing. We’d go back in a heartbeat!"

"We stayed here for 4 days and would definitely stay again. The room was very clean, daily housekeeping (they gave fresh towels daily without asking), and they respected the "Do Not Disturb" sign while my daughter napped. The location is great, very close to all the attractions, but just far enough to be quiet. Staff were friendly and let us check in early with no extra fee. Only downsides: breakfast and parking cost extra (clearly stated when booking but the extra fees for these are typical for Niagara anyway), the pool was a bit cold, and the hotel could use some updates, but for the price, it’s an amazing value. We’ve stayed at other more expensive hotels in Niagara and this hotel had the best service. Overall, no real complaints. We'd recommend it and would definitely stay here again. "
