"There is a grocery store at the base of the tower along with Bashamichi Station. There is a dedicated elevator to take you from B1F or 1F to 46F. The elevator takes a bit to get you to the lobby. "We stayed at this service apartment hotel with modest expectations, and for the most part, everything was fine. The location was convenient, the room was clean, and the amenities like the kitchenette and washing machine were a nice touch. However, our experience soured at checkout. A breakfast charge was added to our room, which I immediately flagged as a mistake. The front desk staff, though, was quite reluctant to believe me. Easiest Part of Our Stay in Tokyo

"Read many reviews for many hotels in Tokyo and decided on Keio Plaza Hotel. Best decision ever! The hotel was beautiful, had lots to offer, and was centrally located to all the things we did in Tokyo. We had a room in the Premier Main Tower and a room in the South Tower. The main tower is newer or newly remodeled. The main tower is the way to go. The staff was amazing. Always cheerful and helpful. My husband forgot a piece of his CPAP machine and the concierge desk was wonderful in helping us get the piece locally. I would definitely recommend this hotel and if I ever come back to Tokyo, this is where I will stay."
