"We rented a room that said to have a double or two twin beds. It ended up giving us a double bed. We requested for 2 twin beds. They said no more for the next 2 nights. After they found out that we’re going to say 3 night, they gave us a 2 twin beds roomed with extra fee. The staff was polite and listened to us patiently 👍. They offered two types of breakfast with lots of choices 👍👍"

"The property is in such an excellent condition. Conveniently located as well, as it is a short walk to Lawson, and also to Lake Kawaguchiko. There are some restaurants around and within walking distance too. Each room comes with it's own onsen, and so convenient. The only downside is the lack of view from the rooms.
