"Our Tower room had a great view of the park and the bay. Service was outstanding. It would have been helpful to have an additional luggage space or rack (I didnt ask). The Japanese set dinner was very interesting and tasty - Kyoto style cuisine."

"Location was excellent Staff were excellent Hotel Food was very good.Shuttle bus made it easy to get to the hotel from the railway station. Unfortunately the room provided (421) was lacking any view other than the local gas station. (Neither lake or garden view)"
