"Very friendly staff, all smiles and welcoming. Room needed a bit TLC and maintenance. Buffet breakfast was great, a lot of varieties. The beach is quieter and cleaner compare to Kuta area. It's a great family resort in Nusa Dua offers lots of activitiea and entertainment for young families."

"I had the best experience in this resort. It was so beautiful and peaceful, and the nature was beautiful and all the animals and the food was incredible."

"The villa is build too vintage with only wooden furniture with no sofa pads. Thus, not comfortable when lying on sofa. We found 1 lizard on bed, 1 giant lizard by staircase, 1 dead cockroach in master bedroom bathroom and ants around. Hotel restaurant closed at 10pm when we arrived late (due to traffic jam). We begged for some fast food and luckily staff were helpful to make some quick meals for us. One final comment, villa needs at least have a small gym for customers. "

"The space is nice. Seems like at one time it was a really nice place but lacks maintenance and the place could have been cleaner better. The glassware needed to be rewashed before using and there was a plate with ants on it in the kitchen at check in. The TVs are old and don’t allow you to connect to netflix. The movie screen seemed great but didn’t actually function. Overall the space as lots of potential but needs to be managed better. With some TLC it could be a great option. "
