"The hotel was modern and clean. The beds were really comfortable and the room was clean. However, the coffee mug was not clean, still had evidence of a ring where cold coffee from a previous customer was still visible. The restaurant was good and the staff very attentive. The menu was a little disappointing in that it was a snack menu with not a great deal of choice. However the food was well cooked and nicely presented. "The hotel is conveniently located near the castle and city center activities. Breakfast includes a full English as part of the buffet. The hotel could use some updating but the staff & service were excellent. Parking is a challenge- be sure to drop your bags at the hotel first!"

"The receptionist was lovely and welcoming. The room itself was very nice and the beds were very comfortable! The only 'complaint' would be the cleanliness of the bathroom whih was not good (mould on the vents etc.) Overall, the stay was very nice. "
