"When we arrived we were told we'd been upgraded to a suite, which was a lovely surprise (The Sefton, room 5). What a gorgeous room! Charming character with views to the cathedral. Room was large with plenty of storage. Downsides were spiral staircase and room was very warm, so wouldn't recommend for a summer stay! "We enjoyed our one night stay that included a nice breakfast. We stayed in a comfort room which is very small but adequate for just one night. It had all the necessities including a hair dryer. The pub menu is good and we were happy the staff could provide a dinner on a Sunday evening. "

"The property is impressive from the outside, cosy and comfortable on the inside. The staff are warm and friendly and welcoming. the facilities are good, lovely swimming pool nice bar and restaurant. The reason I have not given 5 star is 1. Temperature a little cool in the bar. 2. Toiletries in the rooms lacking considering the quality of hotel. 3. The bed was not re made although towels and water and tea coffee etc were replaced. So maybe they got distracted and forgot the bed. Not that I can't...

"Best Western Brook Norwich Hotel check in experience I booked a family room. I came with a heavy luggage and two young children (2y and 4y). My room was on 2nd floor. I found it isn’t convenient that there is no lift because it is not easy to carry the luggage through stairs while looking after two children on stairs. There was a slight walk way from reception and the stairs. The lighting is a bit dark. My two children were scared of walking through it. I wish the lighting can be as bright...
