"Lovely hotel, with a nice restaurant and bar. good location about 20 mins walk to the city centre. Was lucky enough to have a room with a view of the football pitch and even watched the match from the comfort of our room with a cup of tea."

"Excellent as always. This has been my go to hotel when travelling to the area for the past 15 years. The only criticism is that breakfast is maybe lacking a little. The continental choice should have fresh croissants and a slightly better all round selection. Apart from that minor criticism I would definitely recommend the Barnham Broom"

"Best Western Brook Norwich Hotel check in experience I booked a family room. I came with a heavy luggage and two young children (2y and 4y). My room was on 2nd floor. I found it isn’t convenient that there is no lift because it is not easy to carry the luggage through stairs while looking after two children on stairs. There was a slight walk way from reception and the stairs. The lighting is a bit dark. My two children were scared of walking through it. I wish the lighting can be as bright...

"Friendly staff, nice bedding, good location 2 miles from Norwich centre and taxi if need for evening. Able to park all day Sunday whilst Xmas shopping included in booking. Quiet room and well serviced."

"Hotel was clean and the staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and we enjoyed the use of the swimming pool. Our bedroom and bathroom were both very big. Only things that let it down slightly was the walls in the bedroom were very badly chipped on the corners. But otherwise very happy with our stay. "

"Convenient location, nicely decorated room, excellent unexpected touches ( fruit juicees & chocolate) . Lacking a little maintenance otherwise a pleasant place to be. My room overloaded the mail sorting office which is brightly lit at night so black out curtains would have been nice. Well heated ( adjustable) . The vegan/ vegetarian restaurant downstairs was very nice with lots of different dishes to try a new experience. Worth returning just to dine here. "
