"Beautiful resort. Would return. So peaceful and relaxing. Suggest dining off-site; the food is great, but too expensive. Plenty of delicious options at nearby restaurants or in La Fortuna. No need to pay crazy prices for the food at the hotel."

"We really loved our stay at the lost iguana hotel. It’s a little bit further from the town about 35 minutes so keep that in mind if you want to be closer to downtown. It was a smaller resort overall but the grounds were stunning! "

"This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are truly amazing and so private. We stayed here for our honeymoon and the hotel gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine and little desserts. The turndown service was really nice and dry cleaning was fast and had great pricing compared to other hotels we stayed at. I can’t say enough about the staff, we arrived early for check in but staff brought us complimentary drinks and one staff William gave us an amazing tour of the property...

The owner, Juan, joined me for dinner the first night, which was welcomed and resulted in a very interesting conversation. The bungalow I was assigned was very comfortable. The farm tour is not to be missed. The included three meals per day were tasty and satisfying. The rancho and its facilities are well thought out, efficient, and highly sustainable.
