The property was beautiful and I had a nice time. My major complaints were 1) we came before check in and they told us we could hang at the pool, however, they never gave us our bracelets to prove we were guests so we had security constantly coming to us and watching us. It made me feel uncomfortable. 2) the door to our room wasn’t working and didn’t lock. We didn’t even notice until the second day of our stay. Anybody could have entered our room at any time. On another note, there were 3 people that made our stay great. Gerald was very attentive and was always around to cater to us. William was our bartender and he was so much fun. And Sumbu is a great food and beverage director. I really enjoyed our conversations.

Overall the hotel was nice and we would stay again. However, the hot tub was broke or never worked. Bar and restaurant close at 6 by the pool. Nevertheless the breakfast and food we did order was great and staff where overall ok. Some staff seem to be a little unreasonable, such as I was waiting for my sisters to come out. There was no one around during the time, but he wanted me to move and the only reason I was waiting there is because casino cashier was not where they were suppose to be. Was hard to get change for cash and pool bar tender was ready to go at 5:50 so don’t order a drink at that time cause we could tell the quality of the drink was terrible from that morning. Location is ok and only a $5 taxi drive to night life. Was able to get to ATV location from this area at a great cost as well. Ocean water was a little to rough to enjoy from this location and there is a RIP Current warning, but view of ocean was great.
