"We had a lovely 4 night stay. Great location, and nice restaurants nearby (especially Trevesia). Great view of the volcano, nice and clean grounds with very friendly staff and guests.

"Hotel was in a great location, a few minutes walk to the main area full of shops and restaurants. The property itself is great value for money, it has an older feel and room quite small but that did not bother us at all, we really felt comfortable staying there and loved the seating areas outside each room to relax in. A higher floor had chairs facing the volcano which was fabulous. Pool was brilliant and perfect temperature.

"The bathroom in the room need renovation since it not functional and extremely old. Also don't expect hot water for your shower between 10AM and 4pm since they shut it down during that time. It also a little bit noisy due that you are on the corner two major roads. So overall if I had to go back to La Fortuna I would choose another hotel."
