"Everything is so convenient, there is extra parking attached to the mall which is attached to the hotel. You bring the ticket to the front desk and they take care of any parking charges from the mall parking. It’s got a really big and deep pool. Rooms have balconies and patios. Buffet breakfast in the morning. Close to everything in Sudbury. Great place to stay "

"The staff is amazing at this hotel and excellent service. The building is very nicely updated and they are making every effort to maintain it. Just location downtown meant that we did have several drunk people trying to get into our room by mistake but that isnt the hotels issue. They have one entrance to hotel from front lobby at night to try to keep issues to a minimum (I think?). Thisnis the second time we have stayed at this hotel. There is a slight smell of urine in bathroom and front lobby but it might just be a smell from a building that has been here for awhile. Again, well maintained building, clean and tidy. Excellent staff. Would recommend."

"all good. Bathroom is small and the door is awkward, but it is an older hotel. Bathroom has modern amenities but it is small. Otherwise, the room was clean, and the hotel was friendly."

"Found small piece of glass in bed which was a shock but it looked like a picture broke above the bed previously but not sure about that situation but otherwise tvs worked plugs and lights all good fridge too breakfast is good for price but service was super friendly but I’ve seen some other reviews of really bad things in some other rooms, just be aware is all and if somethings wrong I’m sure the friendly staff will help."

"The Hotel property and service were excellent. Expedia admin, trying to get a receipt was very difficult. Shall think twice before booking through Expedia on-line in the future. "
