"Overall, the stay was good. The only thing that I thought was ridiculous was being charged a fee to park on the hotel lot when there was no parking at night. It seemed like plenty of people that were not guests were parking in the lot and I am being charged to park there when it's not available to the guests! That's just ridiculous and unacceptable. "

"The property is old and showing signs of aging, as well as in need of some maintenance and repairs. The coffee and water station that is supposed to be filled for guests to use were never filled. I guess there might be some budgeting issue. The biggest praise is to the staffs. They are all very nice and friendly. The hot tub is a good place to relax. "

"Property under significant construction. Many restaurants and facilities not available requiring transport to sister property. Expedia and the Inn failed to advise visitors of significant property issues on the websites. Shame on you both. While I have complained of these misrepresentations no adjustments were made to my booking and THE WEBSITES REMAIN UNCORRECTED AND MISLEADING in my opinion."

"Disappointed because no concierge on site, we had 2 lights in the bathroom that were out and promised maintenance would be there but no show in 3 days. tv in living room needs to be replaced cause it is blurry. Otherwise we had a good time. "

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Omni Resort and Spa at Amelia Island! It was a last minute reservation and we were not disappointed! Everything was exceptional, from the staff to the transportation(shuttle), to the variety of restaurants and shops! We had a blast!"
