"Staff was great. A couple of problems: trash full and overflowed in the breezeway in the entrance left of the main entrance. The smell was extremely disgusting and caused my grandson the gag and vomit. The exterior door in that same entry always slammed shut. With our room being beside that door, sleep was greatly impacted in a the negative. Please fix a closing device on that door. Everything else was fantastic."

"Property was beautiful and just like in the pictures close places to dine at and shop housekeeping staff was excellent however front desk management staff was not… Ended up paying $230 more than what we were quoted when we did our reservation needless to say it was beyond frustrating And I’ve never had that happen before.My husband was equally upset had issues with room keys etc. "
