"I read several negative reviews on the property. We found it quite adequate and really good in a few areas. Yes, some of the floors are not level. Yes, some of the furniture is older and has character. Yes, the elevators, hallways, room, and especially the bathroom are small. In New York City all these things add up to 'Vintage Charm'. The place was clean, staff for the most part very helpful. Location was really good. Close to many nice eating places AND walking distance to Soldier Field. 2...

"Great location! We parked at the underground parking but no helpful signage to the direction of the lobby. We wish there was a ramp and not just stairs going up to the lobby to ease the flow of luggage. Overall okay stay. "
