North Suburbs hotel rooms a the Fairmont

"I haven't been to the property since it was the W hotel and it was a nice change. Frank at the front desk was AMAZING and made our check in experience effortless. My only issue was the bedand pillows were uncomfortable and the hotel was a bit warm. Our suite had two tv sets but there was only one remote and the tvs were smaller and hard to hear. It would be nice if we could use our Netflix accounts too."

"Amazing location! We were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to check out. The river, navy pier, shopping, everything! The only thing was not have access to the pool due to maintenance that went on for multiple days."
