"We loved the room and the area was nice and easily accessible to the venu we were going to!! However, the morning we were checking out of the hotel there was a lady named Tanika?? I don’t quite remember her name all that well, but she was so unbelievably rude to us. She asked my boyfriend and i how we wanted our receipt and I didn’t quite catch what she said, so my boyfriend just said paper receipt, and she said "What?" and so he repeated himself and she got an attitude and asked him "why are you talking to me like that?" and genuinely he was just responding to her question, with no attitude at all. Then she went on to call him socially awkward and laughed at it a bit. So unbelievably unprofessional and disrespectful to say to a guest who is just trying to check out of the hotel. Other than her, the stay was great. "

"Staff are excellent. Very easy to check in and out. Clean property. All basic amenties present. I would like more if it included a microwave oven and toothpaste. Overally excellent stay. Will stay again if possible. "

"The front desk staff were absolutely amazing and accommodating. They were wonderful when my 4-year-old son left his stuffed animal in the room and us being 2 hours away they offered to ship it to us. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be going back!"
