"This stay was a combination of not so great for some areas and wonderful for others. Check in and dining in the restaurant were exceptional service! The bar service (in the casino) was the worst we’ve ever experienced. We were there for the NFL semi final and they wouldn’t / couldn’t turn on the sound for almost half the game, and just ignored everyone asking. To get a drink, the bar tender would not make eye contact, and when she did said I’ll be back, and wouldn’t for 20-25 minutes. The...
