Terrible service, room was never cleaned for my 3 nights, despite leaving make my room card, along with informing reception twice, and also a cleaner on my floor,
Hairdryer was not working, unable to get another one during the night."

"Excellent place for a quiet retreat in the Cotswolds. Hotel staff are excellent and attentive. Local walks are quiet and remote with lots of look at, as well as being a close drive to nearby towns and villages for shopping "
"All the staff were helpful and friendly . An asset to the hotel . Went out of their way to help . Extremely comfy bed and lovely bedding . Food was good standard . Drinks were quite expensive but didn’t spoil our experience. The spa looked good too . "
"We had a lovely night at this hotel when attending one night at the 2000 Trees festival nearby. The girl at front desk was very friendly and helpful. We used the gym, pool, sauna and steam rooms. All were very clean. Our room was soa ious enough for 3 adults. The air con was very welcome in the 30 degree heat outside and the beds were super comfy. We would not hesitate to come back."
