"The website didn't state that the pool was out of service and that I had to use the one at an affiliated property across the street. The other facility did not provide a place to change or store my clothes. "

"Such a great value at this hotel. The breakfast spread is the best I’ve ever seen at this star level. They had bacon, eggs, sausage links, waffles, pancakes, bagels, toast, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and snacks that I’m sure most take for the road. Staff was very friendly. Easy ride to the Cherokee Center for some concerts we attended. Will be our go-to place anytime we come back! "

"Check in simple. Room was not as clean as expected. Got awaken at 4am by couple arguing outside front door (we were on 3rd floor) right up under our room window. Breakfast was ok but nothing to brag about. "
