"Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful well kept gardens with landscaping that provided lots of natural shade around the pool areas. Well organized and fun social events and opportunities for excursions from the hotel. Our room was situated on the east side of building overlooking the sanctuary which meant we awoke with a chorus of wildlife including many varieties of songbirds and one lucky evening watching howler monkeys playing in the trees nearby, but not too close! The rooms, surroundings and pool are just enough. Practical and reasonable. Not intended for higher-end tastes. Great location and staff to have an understanding of the local community. Feels like a mom-and-pop business. Welcoming."
