"Nice older property and rooms. Staff is wonderful and the pools and breach area are good. My kids aged 15-19 had a great time. What I didn’t enjoy was that you must wait in line for the restaurant of your choice each night for 30-45 minutes to get seat right at 6 pm or you get a buzzer that will go off later which you will have 10 minutes to get your family or group down there. There is nothing else anywhere near this hotel so think you will have outside options. "

"The location is right across the road from the beach, so you can havea beach day or pool day. There are great restaurants both on site and within walking distance. "

"The hotel and people are very nice, but it does require a refresh. Elevator areas, stairwells, and rooms show signs of wear and tear and not well upkeep as far as cleanliness. The pool area and bartenders at the swim bar, along with the incredible panoramic view of Tamarindo Beach, make it a great spot to stop in and stay a couple of days. Tell the Bartenders Hola from DJ Mark! Pura Vida!"

"Reception check in to check out, the staff was very friendly and they offer a variety of activities daily. The transportation was a bonus and if you catch a gentleman driver by the name of Errol, know he is the BEST and actually his demeanor and genuineness made the resort better! It's a resort, I get it... but the amount of people at the beach entrance trying to sell you something was a tad ridiculous. Very safe grounds and never felt like there was a safety issue.
