The interior is pleasant, very clean, staff was enjoyable, and breakfast was standard. The room walls are very thin. I could heard conversations and the TV of my neighbors, traffic from outside, and steps of people walking in hallway (wood sub-flooring). The bed was SO uncomfortable but the sheets and towels were soft.

Walls/ floors are thin and you can hear the people above you (and their children)walking No one cleaned under the beds for a long time. Mattresses are soft and uncomfortable. Sheets do not stay where they should. Leaving at 7 am and their parking/street are off already. Dangerous

Stayed for 2 nights when we evacuated for hurricane Milton. We had to bring 3 dogs, 2 cats & 2 birds. The hotel felt really new and clean for a pet friendly hotel! Breakfast was really good and free! Staff was the friendliest out of any hotel I’ve stayed at.

I mentioned the the shower soap dsipensers were enpty on Monday I checked out Friday and no change. Not a big deal, I just used my shampoo and soap. Most of the staff was over the top in hospitality. One exception was the morning desk gentelmen. He was just not interactive. This is a good facility and I am going back again next week.
