"We stayed here because it was close to a venue for a celebration we were attending. They were so quick at check in and kind and even gave us a fresh warm cookie at the time of check in. The property was very nice, elegant and clean. The only complaint I had, was they had someone from housekeeping knocking on every door on our floor at 8am saying it was time for check out when people hadnt checked out yet and I said that to the employee. We went downstairs for coffee and I let the front desk staff know cause the lady kept doing it even an hour later after she knocked on our door, she kept knocking on more. Anyhoo, I believe the employees name was Erin at the front desk, she immediately told us she would address it with management and provided us a breakfast voucher which was very nice. Overall the place was outstanding!"

"We travel to Syracuse a few times a year to see family. Wish we had tried Aloft earlier. It’s very close to the family. Love the open bar and food area. The gym is great and having a pool is awesome. Limited restaurants in walking distance. But Cafe Blue is great for breakfast. "
