New Orleans hotel rooms a the Red Roof Inn

"Something better needs to be thought of on how to get people in and out of the hotel and the parking in the front ..than have people park in the middle of the street and the safety of them and their children getting run over trying to get into the hotel"

"We love this hotel and have returned for vacations in New Orleans. Staff is outstanding. This time though, we had no hot water-I mean none for the first 2 days. Water pressure was also mediocre meaning we have to lean against the wall to get the water from the “rainwater” style shower head to get a real shower. But a cold shower. "Valet was very rude. Said he couldn’t park my truck. Called in advance to double check vehicle size. Front desk ok it. Parked 4 blocks away and paid $142 dollars for 2 nights. Game back from dinner was shocked to see 10 2500 size trucks every where in parking garage. Nobody could tell me why I was turned away. Every day they took me trucks the size of mine. Attendant said they only park 1/2 ton trucks. Which was not true"
