"One of my favorite places to stay in Dumaguete. Great staff, comfortable rooms, and fair online booking price. Negatives: Water pressure somewhat weak in bathroom sink and shower; free breakfast buffet often cold and in bad need of more and better choices..."

"It's a typical Philippines cheat rate motel, no hot water but staff was very friendly. If your not accustomed to lifestyle in a third world country, this is not the place for you. If your a world traveler looking for cheap, I could recommend this place. If your old and don't do stairs, this is definitely not your motel. So keep in mind, just because it's in the name, it's not really for pension people."
