"No Elevator, smallest parking spaces I've ever seen, need a box fan to pull air in to bedroom or push it out depending on the season. The other complaints on here are just petty. If your staying a night or two, the fees seem crazy. But if you're staying a week the cost equals out. Very cheap for walking distance to Broadway. We'll stay again but hopefully get first floor. "

"Very nice property! And close to Broadway. Just didn’t appreciate that the dog fee was not disclosed before booking and they charged an extra $118 for the dog. "

"The unit itself was nice. Lots of codes just to get into lobby to open a lockbox to get the fob to open the unit. I was not impressed with the area. I would definitely walk with others in the area. The parking garage spaces were difficult to see and a lot of steps just to get and pay for a parking was quite confusing. "

"The breakfast was amazing! Nearby dining options were also excellent. We took a Lyft only because ot was so cold but it is walkable. It is clean and the staff is nice."
