Staff was really nice and helpful! Super basic, spread out amenities. Rooms Large but not comfortable (furniture, bedding, etc). They are not worth more than you'd pay for a smaller, but more comfortable room, at a hotel where amenities are right downstairs. Not really convenient to local restaurants, etc.

The staff is fantastic! I forgot 2 bottles of wine in the room, we returned about 4 hours later and the staff were able to find them. The room was very nice as well, this hotel is the whole package.

The property out and around the units are very well kept and beautiful. The maintenance inside the units was not very good. Patches on the walls inside the unit but no paint covering them. The bathroom floor was dirty. I wiped the floor as not to slip coming out of the shower and the towel was dirty after wiping the floor. It was disgusting. There definitely needs some maintenance and updating to be done inside the units. Very disappointed.

The 1-bedroom condo is very nicely sorted with all the necessary items. The property is remote and very well taken care of. The pool area is very nice and the lazy river is fun, I think the lazy river could be a little nicer. Overall we had a great stay!
