"Had a wonderful stay"

"I loved the cleanliness, in spite of it being older. It is close to Napili Beach, and it is so convenient to have a kitchen. It is quiet for the most part. One night we heard people being loud, even after quiet hours. That is not the hotel’s fault though. "

"I called, spoke with Hazel and added 1 studio to our existing Expedia reservation. She was efficient and welcoming on the phone creating excitement for our anticipated staycation. Our arrival to Napili Kai was quick, easy, and efficient. Jalin was efficient and accomodating. I asked if we could get a 3rd room and the third room located near our ocean front 2 bedroom and our other studio and she delivered. It was awesome. Very quiet, relaxing, and clean. We had breakfast at Seahouse daily and they were extremely accomodating to our group sizes. They were never the same and always a minimum of 6 and the hostess always said okay to our surprise. We waited 5 minutes each time so they could arrange for our party. Pools were clean and 1 pool and hot tub was next to our 2 bedroom ocean front which made our stay extremely enjoyable. It was our first time staycationing here as a family and we will be back!! Loved every minute of it."

"We stayed here for a whole week, it was a very quiet area and had now issues with parking. We did encounter a issues with the washing machine and dryer but they were so quick to fix it and they actually went above and beyond to get us a new appliance! We will definitely be staying here on our next vacation. 10/10!!"

"Amazing views, great landscaping, and well kept facilities. We enjoyed the proximity to the beach and at the same time it wasnt overly crowded. The only thing we found wanting is an onsite bar or shop...but we also realize it isnt a resort like that. I'd have no problem visiting again! "

"The first impression of this condo was that it has incredible ocean views from all front windows and patio doors. Large lanais off both living room and master bedroom that has the king bed. Wonderful outdoor tiled patio off other bedroom that has the two twin beds that is perfect for outdoor yoga for one to two people. Both bedrooms have excellent master bathrooms on suite with a third bathroom for use by everyone or makes excellent second bathroom for those using bedroom with twin beds. The beds can also be pushed together to make a king if needed. Kitchen is equipped with everything for all cooking and baking needs. Support was excellent and prompt. We had plumbing issue - no hot water in one bath - and response was fast and fixed issue. Lots of bath and beach towels and beach toys including 2 good quality boogie boards, 4 portable beach chairs of highest quality by Tommy Bahamas, a TH large beach umbrella, large portable cooler for ice and food on wheels. Tons of space- was perfect for two couples or one couple with two kids. Quiet and free covered parking for one car right at unit. Was very clean. Check in was easy - they texted door code before arrival so no keys to deal with. This unit is a 2-5 minute walk up the hill from the montage spa and also short walk from a few excellent beaches even if carrying beach toys. We would all stay here again for the gorgeous views, level of support if questions or issues, and the unit itself which was spacious, beautifully furnished. "
