"The whole property is awesome, this is my 5th visit. Mr.Assem from the reception, words cant describe his professionality and his high morals. The whole staff is really awesome and supportive. Mr Gomaa from the sea bar. Chef Gaber from the pizza bar is a real maestro"

"Great location, facilities for kids, good food, and very hospitable service. As other reviews suggest, the rooms were a bit dated but Aly at reception was very accommodating and offered us a good room with view, and late checkout. We loved out 2 day stay at Alma Heights"
