Check-in on 11/18/24 front desk staff was not helpful, and again thanks to staff the following morning, the issue was resolved and we were able to stay in the ocean view room we had booked. "Ka’anapali Villas is AMAZING. My partner and I stayed for 5 nights and were happy with the value we got. The staff went above and beyond and are super friendly. Love that there are two pools and two hot tubs, one of which is in a quieter area (good for us because we don’t have kids and wanted some quiet time in the hot tub at night). The beach is a short walk - about 5 minutes from our garden view room. For snorkeling, we walked a bit north of the beach to be closer to the reefs and saw a couple of turtles here during our stay. "

"Great property in perfect location adjacent to walking path & snorkeling beach. We loved our one-bedroom unit and enjoyed the resorts amenities including pools and restaurants. Well maintained, very clean, friendly staff, wish we could have extended our stay, but not easy to do at a timeshare property like you can at a hotel. That said, we wouldn't hesitate to return, next time for a longer visit. Mahalo!"

"Some things were not working in our room, e.g. master bedroom balcony door would not open, table in the balcony was very wobbly, dryer was not operating properly. All these issues were resolved by the staff when I called them, but they seem to be basic checks that property management should have checked before giving us keys and not have me call about them. "
