"The rooms are a little out dated. The bed is worn out. I could feel myself sinking into the bed. It was better to move towards the middle of the king size bed."

"It’s a really beautiful property, beach and the staff were very friendly. I was surprised how hard it was to get an hour extension on my checkout, which I didn’t end up doing as the front desk person sounded so negative about it. I used to work at a prominent hotel in nyc. I think the front desk staff could have been nicer considering what we are paying to stay there. "

"Too many pools that kids are allowed in. The adult pool at the Westin next door was small and people walked through the area constantly no privacy no music no bar Everything closed too early !!! "

"We had a great stay, our 1 bedroom unit was perfect. Nice kitchen and bathroom and loved having a washer/dryer. Communication was not as available or clear as other resorts we stayed at. Front desk had different answers depending on the day. Overall a great resort."

"Very welcoming and friendly, room was absolutely amazing. Resort was beautiful and clean. Staff was also a delight, I had forgotten my sweater and they emailed me within days to let me know I had forgotten it and that they could ship it out to me. Definitely recommend! :)"
