"I was amazed by the completeness of kitchen utensils in the unit and the kind arrangement of late checking in. I was worried about where to eat while checking in late and it ends up with the full kitchen availability so that we could simply cook by ourselves rather than finding a restaurant in the dark. I arrived at about 7:30pm on the day and the office was already closed but the staff arranged accordingly for my access and it's really convenient. Thanks to the staff as well."

"When booking we were not informed of no air conditioning. My wife has asthma and she can not stay in any unit without A/C. As per the unit! It was nice, Not beachfront as stated! BUT! Jimbo, your manager was absolutely great. He helped us in every way to locate another unit etc. etc. You have a great employee!!! Regards; Dean"

"The resort is great, rooms are great. The issue was the manager there who checked us into the room she seemed to want to critique our choice of a 2 night stay as if it wasnt long enough for her like as if our vacation was a waste of time. "I didn't like the room location because it was near the highway. Late at night and early morning, traffic was noisy. The room was okay but the bathroom toilet needs an upgrade due to filling and flushing took many flushing and slow to fill. The bathroom sink leaked and there was no way for me to stop the leak. There was no internet for television and the remote control didn't work. There was no place for dining or order food nearby. The bed was very uncomfortable because it wasn't firm....
