"We choose this hotel as a historic building next to the gates of Borjomi Central Park. As it's a historic building we knew that rooms can't be very big, you have windows opening into the main courtyard and so on. I really liked the old building. "Beautiful new hotel in Bakuriani. Clean large rooms, friendly and helpful staff (excellent English), easy location walkable to many restaurants and shops for snacks if needed. "STAY AWAY... It is just a house run by a women. They have no services what so ever. They don't even clean your villa. I had to request so many times to have my villa cleaned and they sent someone who did a very basic job without putting any toiliteries or towels. Linens were never changed and I stayed there for 5 nights. By the way, staff is also very grumpy. my advise is that choose a different property if you want your holiday to be enjoyable."
