"We choose this hotel as a historic building next to the gates of Borjomi Central Park. As it's a historic building we knew that rooms can't be very big, you have windows opening into the main courtyard and so on. I really liked the old building. "This is more a motel then hotel and deserves just 2-2.5 stars. It had no phone service and had only the most basic things, I.e. 1 chair, no table, non-working TV and was quite gloomy. Employees on the other hand were very hospitable and helpful."

"STAY AWAY... It is just a house run by a women. They have no services what so ever. They don't even clean your villa. I had to request so many times to have my villa cleaned and they sent someone who did a very basic job without putting any toiliteries or towels. Linens were never changed and I stayed there for 5 nights. By the way, staff is also very grumpy. my advise is that choose a different property if you want your holiday to be enjoyable."
