"Beautiful new hotel in Bakuriani. Clean large rooms, friendly and helpful staff (excellent English), easy location walkable to many restaurants and shops for snacks if needed. Very nice rooms with great views of the mountain (stayed in #503), parking included. Coffee and water in room was greatly appreciated. "Pros: Very convenient, affordable location in the centre of Borjomi. We were guided to park our car on the street opposite the hotel, and also treated to a great cocktail. Staff were friendly. Balcony in the room was nice. Cons: The walls are paper thin so people walking past the room, going up the stairs, in the lobby and those taking showers can be heard clearly. "STAY AWAY... It is just a house run by a women. They have no services what so ever. They don't even clean your villa. I had to request so many times to have my villa cleaned and they sent someone who did a very basic job without putting any toiliteries or towels. Linens were never changed and I stayed there for 5 nights. By the way, staff is also very grumpy. my advise is that choose a different property if you want your holiday to be enjoyable."

As it's a historic building we knew that rooms can't be very big, you have windows opening into the main courtyard and so on. I really liked the old building.
